Beautiful, modern, light-filled space is available for rental in the 23,000 square foot ODC Dance Commons. Whether you need one studio for a dance rehearsal or performance or a combination of spaces for your event, please contact us so we can customize a rental package to meet your needs. We also offer use of a fully equipped kitchen and can recommend caterers, lighting designers, box office, and other services to make your event a great success. A parking lot is within a ½ block of ODC Dance Commons. In 2010, our campus will be growing and you will have access to our newly renovated ODC Theater, with three more studios and a brand new, technically improved, 170-seat Theater.

•    Rentals are available for receptions, banquets, rehearsals, meetings, and performances.

•    Capacity in each space can be determined based on the set up and purpose of your event but general numbers are listed below.

Pearl Argyle, Skirball Children’s and Fisher Family Studios: $25/hour
The Feintech Studio: $15/hour

Renters are not permitted to hold classes, whether for free or for a class fee, in the studios without prior permission of the ODC School Director, Kimi Okada or Rhythm & Motion Director, Consuelo Faust. Please check with Richard Sparks for more information.
